Rinse and pat dry the thighs.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Place thighs in dish. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with spices.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximatly 25 mins or until meat thermometer reads 165.
- 5
Remove from oven and cover with foil. Let rest 10 mins.
