In a pan add water & boil it.Now put chowmin in it and cook for 5 min untill it become soft.

Now in a wok add oil and heat it. Add onions and tomatoes in it.

Saute it for 3-4 min.

Then put soya sauce acc to tadka & it should be in adequate quantity otherwise it will give bitter taste.

Then put red and green chilli sauces and ketchup in it acc to taste.

Put 2 to 3 tsp of vinegar in it.

Now put salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

Saute it for few min.

Add boiled chowmin it this. Mix well and it will be ready in few minutes.

At last put some pinches of ajinomoto on it.

Serve it 😋 and tasty dish is ready to eat.
