  • 1/2Brioche bread
  • Canned sardine
  • Onion and canned mushroom
  • Tomatoes finely chopped
  • Lettuce
  • Sweet red and yellow pepper
  • Butter/margarine

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice your brioche bread and butter...pan dry it

  2. 2

    Saute the onion.mushroom. yellow and red pepper then add the canned sardine

  3. 3

    Arrange the lettuce in a presentable way

    Add the tomatoes cut into circular shapes

  5. 5

    The add the sauted ingredients, add the French mustard and cover with the other half of the bread
