Put a little oil to pan n add up d minced meat,grinded scotch bonnet,n sliced onions,seasoning n spices n mix till it is well fried

Sieve ur flour,add ur B.P,salt,butter n egg n a little water to form a soft non sticky dough

Knead n cut it into four. In each cut,spread minced meat at the center,and a boiled egg n draw the edges gently to get a round shaped roll n removing d excess dough if any...n gently moulding it to cover d egg n have a perfect smooth roll. Repeat the process with the remaining dough n egg

Deep fry it,over a low heat by Turing each side till u have a brownish result. Enjoy
