Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel yams.

  2. 2

    Cut them into sizeable pieces and wash them clean.

  3. 3

    Put on pan with little water and cover the pan.

  4. 4

    Boil until almost ready, add salt and let the water clear.

    Serve with tea or porridge.
