Ingredients

  2. 100 gmSoya bean
  3. 50 gmchana daal
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1big elaichi/ cardamom
  6. 1 tspadrak/ ginger grated
  7. 50 gmskhaskhas
  8. 1 tspdhaniya whole crushed
  9. 1 tspjeera whole
  10. 5laung/ clove
  11. 2Group
  12. 1 cupchopped onion
  13. 25 gmschopped Dhaniya
  14. 25 gmchopped Mint
  15. 2green chilli chopped
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 tbsp chat masala
  18. 1 mediummed potato boiled and mashed
  19. 1 tsplemon juice
  20. as neededOil for frying

    Grind all ingredients of group 1 to a thick paste.

  2. 2

    Than add all the ingredients of group 2 in this paste except oil. Mix them well with soft hands.

  3. 3

    Apply oil in your palm. Than take a seekh an be if metal or wooden. Apply oil on the seekh well. Now take the kabab mixture on your hand make a round ring of 6 inch. Insert the seekh inside it lock it well and keep aside. Like wuse make 8 seekh kebab.

  4. 4

    Now brush oil on all the seekh kebabs.

  5. 5

    Take a tandoor with burning coal. Put the seekh on the tandoor jaali. Cook for 2-3 mins than rotate.Do it for all seekh kebabs.

  6. 6

    Separate the seekh kebabs from sheeks and serve with salad and lemon.
