Grease Large sufuria using little cooking oil.Put chicken pieces in the hot sufuria as you turn till they turn brown.add chopped onions and green paper as you turn.

Add chopped tomatoes, grated carrots and a pinch of salt as you stir,add some water and let it boil for 25mins

Add corianderand let it boil for 5 mins

Garnish you food with fresh coriander and grated carrots. Serve while hot with chapati,Ugali or rice.
