Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 100 gmssoya granules
  2. 1carrot (grated)
  3. 1boiled potato
  4. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  5. 50 gmsgrated Paneer
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tspChat masala
  10. 1 tspred chill powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 4-5 tbsp cornflour
  13. 1-2 slicebread crumbs
  14. 2-3 tbspcoriander chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil soya granules, strain squeeze all water give it a churn in mix.

  2. 2

    Then mix all the rest of ingredients to it.Bind it to a dough.

  3. 3

    Take long toothpicks and arrange the mixture around it in seekh shape

  4. 4

    You can deep fry them or bake in oven at 18 0 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    Serve hot with mint coriander chutney
