Ingredients

  • Rice 1&½ cup
  • 200 gmsMeat
  • 1 tbsppilau masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3medium onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add pilau masala and cook for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add boiled meat and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Add water (3 cups)

  5. 5

    Cook till all water is drawn

  6. 6

    Serve
