Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 11/2 tspbaking powder
  3. I cup of milk
  4. 1 tbspnred velvet essence
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 1tspn of cocoa
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 2tspn custard powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Butter oil and sugar till fluffy Add essence and egg one by one.

  3. 3

    Fold in the flour and milk alternating them.

  4. 4

    In a cupcake baking tray lineup the cupcake cases and fill them 3/4.

  5. 5

    In a preheated oven bake for 15 minutes
