Tapai (also tapay or tape), is traditional fermented glutenous rice found through out much of South east Asia and parts of East Asia, especially in Austronesiancultures.

Tapai (also tapay or tape), is traditional fermented glutenous rice found through out much of South east Asia and parts of East Asia, especially in Austronesiancultures.
Steps

Eggs, sugar, ovalet (sponge cake stabilizer)
mixers to expand and crawl
Add melted butter, then cleaned cassava tape, mixer until evenly mixed. - 2
Add flour, vannila, milk powder and baking powder, mixer until well blended

Brush baking pan with butter
- 4
Pour the mixture into baking pan
- 5
Roast over low heat for about 45 minutes
After 45 minutes, lift and serve
