  2. 1 tbspGinger and green chilli finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1/2 tbspsalt
  5. 10cashew nuts
  6. 1 tspraisin
  7. 1 tsppeanut
  8. 7-8Curry leaves
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tspcumin seed
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tbspchana dal
  14. 1 tbspurad dal
  15. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  16. 1 tbsplemon juice
  17. 2 tspoil
  18. to tastesalt to your test

Steps

  1. 1

    1 spoon oil heat a pan medium flame Pan add Ginger green chilli Souten add 3 cup water and salt boil

    Add semolina stair constantly no lamps water absorb Simar 3 minute soft and fluffy cool slightly knead dough

    Blanch in shimmer 10 minute

    Heat oil in a hole pan medium flame,put mustard cumin urad dal chana dal curry leaves, crackle them aad peanut,Casio notes and kismiss, mix well nicely add turmeric powder red chilli powder mix well add semolina balls fry coated well Sprinkle lemon juice green coriander leaves mix well
