Fast dry roast oats and make a coarse powder take a suji roast it now mix it in oats powder mix it together now add all vegetable and mix it add curd and mix well now add water, ginger paste and salt mix well keep it aside for 30 minutes after 30 minutes add some water in oats idli make a normal idli batter consistency

Grease idli stand with oil now add eno in a batter and mix it pour the batter into a greased idli moulds steam for 12 to 15 mins now late it cool now take out oats idli in a plate

Serve hot oats idli with green chutney or tomato ketchup
