I saw this recipe on the TV where the chef was using chicken, being a vegetarian, I swapped it for paneer and it turned out well.

I saw this recipe on the TV where the chef was using chicken, being a vegetarian, I swapped it for paneer and it turned out well.

Marinate the paneer using all the ingredients written and leave it to rest overnight in the fridge.

In a pan, heat the oil and saute garlic.

In a bowl, mix honey, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce, water and salt. Pour the mixture over the garlic and cook.

Once it comes to a boil, add cornflour and the marinated paneer.

Cook till the gravy is of your preferred consistency. You can adjust the quantity of water if you prefer to.

Take it off the heat and transfer into a serving dish and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
