Ingredients

  • 1 cupmixed olives
  • 4-6 tablespoonsOlive oil
  • 2garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 1whole bay leaf
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteGround black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except salt and pepper) and mix well.

  2. 2

    Cover the bowl and store in fridge fir a minimum of 4 hours or overnight preferably.

  3. 3

    When it's ready to serve, remove from the fridge a few hours before and leave at room temperature.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper and serve.
