Ingredients

  • For healthy bite
  • 4 cupBottle guard grated
  • 1/2 cupSpinach finely chopped
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cupThalipith bhajni (mix flour)
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupOats
  • 1 Tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspFlax seeds powder
  • 1 tspGinger chilli paste
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida
  • 2 tspSesame seeds
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tspEno salt
  • 1 TbspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • For tempering
  • 2 TbspOil
  • 1/2 tspasafotidea
  • 1/2 tspSesame seeds
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • For dabeli
  • 2 TbspGreen coriander chutney
  • 2 TbspRed tamarind and dates chutney
  • 3 TbspThin sev
  • 2 TbspOnion
  • 2 TbspPomegranate
  • 2 TbspFried peanuts
  • 3Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 tspDabeli masala
  • 1 tspOil

Steps

    Grind ginger,chilli paste,cumin seeds,souf coarsely.

  2. 2

    Squeeze all water from grated bottle guard.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients for healthy bite in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Make equal size ball from it...give them triangle shape log.

  5. 5

    Grease the plate using some oil.

  6. 6

    Steam them for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    After cooling cut them into triangle shape.

  8. 8

    Now prepare tampering.

  9. 9

    In a flat bottom pan add tempering and triangle healthy bites.

  10. 10

    Soute for 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add mashed potatoes then add dabeli masala,salt saute for 5 minutes.

    Now arrange triangular Healthy bites in a plate and place potato mixture on it and add all topping one by one and serves
