Boil minced meat together with peas till ready.

Fry onions till golden brown,add garlic cook for 5minutes.Add tomatoes,carrot,mince meat and peas let it simmer for 10mins.

Add royco,salt and alittle water let it simmer till ready.

Boil water,soak rice in water when water is ready add the soaked rice and cook till ready.

Serve while still hot enjoy.
