Sunday special chhole bhature

First of all soak chhole for overnight then add salt and boil it.

Take a pan and heat oil. Then add asafoetida.then add all whole masalas

Then add finely chopped onions.

Then fry it till it becomes golden brownish.then add all masala.after 2-3 minutes add tomato paste.

Then mix it well and add boiled chhola

Then cook it 2-3 minutes and add 1 glass of water. Then add chhola masala.then off the gas after 2-3 minutes

Your chhola is ready.👍💐

Bhature-take refined flour.add semolina,baking powder then add half cup of curd and salt.then mix it like a dough.give rest for 30 minutes

After 30 mint.add 2 spoon oil and make the dough proper.then make it bigger than a puri then deep fry it on high flame. Your bhature is ready 👍💐
