Take a cooker and boil potatoes, peas, gobhi...for 2/3 whistle...

Take a pan, heat up the butter and add onion, garlic, green chilli and let the onion turn into pinkish colour...

Now, add capsicum and tomatoes and salt...and let the tomatoes cook for 2/3 mins until it becomes soft...

Add red chilli powder, haldi, pav bhaji masala and mix it well and pour some water in it..

Cook the bhaji for around 10/15 mins on low flame and mix it after every 2 mins... Now, add lemon and mix it well and close the flame...

Now, take another pan toast the pavs on it with butter...

Now, the yummy pav bhaji is ready... Garnish the bhaji with daniya leaves and butter and serve with pavs....
