In a pan heat 2 tbsp butter and saute onion after that add carrot, sweet corn, capsicum and salt.

Stir fry until the vegetables are cooked well

Add chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder mix well.
Add mashed potatoes add coriander leaves and mix well. keep aside. - 4
Take a sheet cut into 8 equal part

Take one part put stuff into half saide

Cover with other half part

Bread with preheat oven at 180 degree for 20 to 25 min or till the sheet becomes golden brown
