Steps

1: Finely chop the garlic clove.
2: Slice the chorizos.
3: In a casserole pot add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic, the sliced chorizo and gently fry for around 5 minutes.
4: Add 1 tablespoon of paprika and 1 tablespoon of hot paprika.
5: Stir and add half a litre of water.
6: Cook for around 20 minutes or until the juice is thickish.
7: Enjoy…
8: This is a great dish for dipping fresh rustic bread!
