Take a cooker add ghee in it when ghee get heated then add crushed cardamom and cloves in it then add grated lauki and stir it for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then add milk in it and mix it well then add sugar and Saffron in it and mix it then close the lid and give 2 to 3 whistles then lower the flame and cook it for more few minutes then switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool down

When it cool down then add dry fruits and mix it then serve hot or chilled as u wish.
