Boil all the above vegetables after chopping them, in a pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp salt. For 5min.

Transfer the boiled veggies in a medium sized bowl and mash them properly then add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, green chilies, chaat masala and eggs. Mix them properly using spoon.

Then take 1 tbsp at a time of the mixture and lower it in the hot oil in kadhai in low flame. Same way drop 2-3 tbsp according to the size of kadhai.

Fry them until golden brown. Then transfer them on a plate and enjoy them with chutney or sauce.
