  1. 200 gself rising flour
  2. 200 gmargarine
  3. 200 gSugar
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1/2 cuporange zest
  7. 1 tbscinnamon powder

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Measure all the ingredients then press heat the oven at 180degrees and grease your pan

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and margarine together

  3. 3

    Add eggs, flour and orange zest then mix

  4. 4

    Add milk little by little till you get the right consistency

  5. 5

    Add the cinnamon powder and mix well.

  6. 6

    Bake for 45 till when you insert the skewer it's clean.
