Pour the wheat flour, salt, and sugar into a bowl and mix the ingredients together

Add ½ a cup of water to the flour mixture and stir the mixture until it's soft and supple

Add the remaining water slowly, stirring until it's fully combined.Continue to add the water while kneading until you've added all of it and the dough seems to really come together.

For the next step, Place the dough into an oiled bowl and cover it for 15 minutes. You can cover with a cling film or a piece of kitchen cloth.

The balls are now soft, using a rolling pin roll the dough until the balls bacame thin and round like pancakes.

Heat a heavy frying pan on medium Heat and cook chapati on both sides

Next remove chapattisfrom the heat, place it in a hotpot then serve after 10 minutes.
