1 pinchbaking soda
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupwater

Take a bowl add besan & soda mix well.

Now add water & make flowing consistency batter.

Heat a pan add water & sugar make thick sugar syrup.

Now heat oil & make boondi with the help of boondi maker or grater.

After make boondi mix with sugar syrup.

Enjoy hot & cool.
