Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste.. lemon juice..black pepper powder,crushed jeera,crushed coriander,crushed green chillies.mustard paste.garam masala powder,salt and keep for 2-3 hrs or overnight

To prepare the white sauce in a pan heat butter add the maida,fry and slowly add the milk to prepare a lump free mixture add salt mixed herb black pepper and sugar mix well till thickened..

Now heat a pan drizzle oil add the marinated chicken cubes cover and cook in a slow flames till the chicken is tender

When the chicken is ready take out from flame add the white sauce,mozarella cheese slices and chopped coriander on the top of the chicken pieces and again cover and cook in a slow flame till the cheese melts..

Garnish with some chilli flakes and mixed herb.
