1 cuprice
1 tspturmeric powder
Cooking oil
1 pinchsalt
1/4liver
1carrot
1onion
1 tspgarlic powder
2grated tomatoes
1green pepper

60 mins

Boil the liver for 15mins. Drain water

Add oil with onions and cook then add tomatoes and carrots

Add garlic powder and green peppers.

Add salt then fry for 5mins.

Boil the rice using oil and turmeric powder with salt
6

Serve both together
