Heat ghee in a wok, add black mustard seeds, green chilli and dry red chilli and allow it splatter.

Now add onion in it, saute it till it becomes light pink in colour

Then add salt, turmeric powder in it and cook it till tomato becomes little soft. (Here, I've not used tomato but you can totally use it.)

Meanwhile, heat ghee in another pan add semollina to it, roast it till it becomes little brown in colour.

Now add semollina in onion mixture qnd coat semollina with onion mixture well.

Then add water as per the need and cook it until it becomes completely dry.

Now add lemon juice in it, mix well, cook it for a minute or so and switch off the flame.

Your upma is ready to serve now.
