Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok, add green chillies and cumin seeds in it and allow it to crackle.

Now add mashed potato, salt, garam masala powder and coriander leaves in it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium and switch off the flame.

Potato bharta is ready to serve now.
