Wash Rice and dal properly soak it for 3 hours. Then grind it in mixi

Add curd in this better again graind it.put it for formatting for 5 hours. Then add turmeric salt stir it well. Add soda in it mix it well. Put steamer on high flame. Spread oil on plate than spread better on it. Sprinkle red chilli powder

Cook it for 10 minutes. Check it with knife. Apply oil on it cut it in squres. Serve it with chutney.
