  • Mkunde chopped
  • Liver
  • Potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your kienyeji mboga(mkunde) then drain excess water. Fry it with only onions

  2. 2

    Boil your liver with the little water that remained while washing. Add potatoes n fry it with onions n tomatoes and spices

  3. 3

    Bring your sima /ugali water to a boil and cook your ugali

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy
