For dough, put flour in a bowl and add the butter to it, rub together until combined, add little curry powder and a pinch of salt. Add water and mix until a thick dough is formed. Cover and allow to rise for about 10mins.

For filling, add the other ingredients into a pot, add some curry powder, seasoning, salt and stir together. Mix 1 tbsp of flour into little water and add to the ingredients (this process is to thicken the filling and make it moist).

Sprinkle some flour on a table surface, roll out a portion of the dough, use a round shape cutter or meat pie cutter to cut out the dough, add the filling to it, rub an egg at the edge to avoid it from opening while baking. Continue same process until dough is finished. Rub egg on the surface to give it a shiny look and use a fork to poke the middle to aid the baking process.

Rub butter on a baking pan and lay the pies on it. Bake in a preheated oven for about an hour.

Your meat pie is ready.
