Soak the corn husks in hot water, drain, and let them dry.

Beat the butter until fluffy.

Add the sugar and beat until dissolved.

Add the eggs one by one.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Add the food coloring as needed, being careful not to over-salt the dough.

Grease the husks and add a portion of dough to each one.

Add a few raisins to each tamale.

Wrap the tamales.

Arrange in a steamer and cook until done.
