Today I have the time to think of what for lunch. My 6weeks baby sleep longer hour.I manage to do the chores. And cook for my husband lunch. Here my recipes for today.
Steps
- 1
Prepare all your ingredients as in the picture. The sauces I used all in the picture too.
- 2
Heat your wok with cooking oil and put in about 2tablespoon of sugar and let it caramelize and add in your pork meat. Stir about 5-8 minutes and put it aside.
- 3
Then, the same wok no need a new one, just add it abit of cooking oil and add in first your garlic and lemongrass, until golden brown color and then add in your red onion.then your caramelize pork meat. Stir well. Add in abit of water so it is not too dry.Let it cook for about 10minutes with medium high heat.then add in your tomato and all your sauces.
- 4
Always check for the taste and concentration of the gravy.if it’s dry u can always add in water according to your liking.some like it dry some like it with gravy.Let it cook again for about 10 minutes and finally add your chili and leek. Stir it well and leave it open with your wok not closed.and then ready to serve.happy lunch...happy try.
