Mashed potatoes and add rice flour,salt and garam masala

Make a dough of this mixture

Mix onion and chilli in grated cheese

Divide the dough in 8 parts and spread gently

Put 1/2 spoon of cheese mixture in it and give a shape of cutlet by pressing gently

Deep fry in hot oil
