Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cupgrated cottage cheese
  • 2 spooncornflour
  • 50 gramgrated cheese
  • Salt as per taste
  • Refined oil
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 spoontomato sauce
  • 1 spoondried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 cupcream
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  • 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 pinchcumin seeds
  • 1cardamom
  • 2cloves
  • 1small cinnamon stick

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix mashed potatoes,1/4 spoon salt,1/2 spoon garam masala and cottage cheese together

  2. 2

    Divide into 10 parts and spread 1 part between palms

  3. 3

    Put 1/2 spoon of cheese and roll it

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil

  5. 5

    Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok

  6. 6

    Add wholr spices and tomato puree

  7. 7

    Saute for 3 minutes

  8. 8

    Add salt,fenugreek leaves,sauce and other spices

  9. 9

    Cook for 2 minutes

  10. 10

    Add cream and stir until it leaves oil

  11. 11

    Add milk and water

  12. 12

    Boil until it turns thick
