Ever sweet..My lunch today.
Steps

Soak the beans for few mins.put in blender add water and blend.blend and stop do it three times and pour out and wash.

Rinse off the back and put in a container.

Plave onion,tatasi,fresh pepper,Crayfish,ginger and garlic.blend in a mill.

Mease out vegetable oil and warm water put in it.next is salt and maggi cubes.wash the dry fish and cut then put in the mixture

Rinse the moimoi leaves with salt and water.place the sticks on the bottom of the pot.put in water.

A cup of the moi moi mixture fold in moimoi leaves in cone shape and pour in the moi moi mixture.fold and place in the pot.

Repeat till the moimoi finish.use the remaining moi moi leaves and cover the moi moi and place on the heat.boil for 45minutes.allow to cool then serve.
