Cut the spinach in medium size after its well washed.

Fry onion and add the spinach with enough salt.

When ready add the flour reduce the heat as you mix them. Remove from the heat after 2 minutes.

Let it cool using your hands make shapes as preferred.

In a pan place some butter and put the shapes made till golden brown and remove from the pan. Ready for serving.
