Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundschicken breast, cut into cubes
  2. 3 tablespoonsplain yogurt
  3. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  4. 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  6. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoonmixed spices
  10. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except the chicken until well combined.

  2. 2

    Add the chicken pieces to the mixture, mix well, and refrigerate for at least two hours before grilling.

    Skewer the chicken pieces and grill over charcoal.
