Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspiny gourd
  2. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1/4 cupgarlic coconut coriander leaves paste
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. as neededWater
  7. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  9. 1Chopped onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut kantola in 4 pieces.and allow to boil.

    Take oil and add cumin seeds,mustard.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion

  4. 4

    Add coriander,coconut,garlic fine paste

  5. 5

    Add garam masala and salt

  6. 6

    Add red chilli powder

  7. 7

    Add Boiled spiny gourd

  8. 8

    Mix well and keep it in low flame for 5min.
