Ingredients

15 miniute
  • 250 gmGanthi
  • 2Onion chopped
  • 4 tspGarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tspMustard oil
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspChilli Powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2 tspGreen coriander leave

Steps

15 miniute
  1. 1

    Wash the stems.put it in the salty water about 30 miniutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the water.wash finely the stems.

  3. 3

    Cut it in peacies.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan.add oil let it hot.

  5. 5

    Add cumin seeds,cracle it.add onion, brown it.

  6. 6

    Add garlic,ginger paste. Sautey it.

  7. 7

    Now all things are roasted well,add all masala sautey it.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some water so that masala do not burn.

  9. 9

    Add stems(ganthi).Fry it un till oil will appear on the surface.

  10. 10

    Add water as required.

  11. 11

    As salt.led it.

  12. 12

    Cook it 15 miniute.

  13. 13

    Keep it in serving bowls.garnish it with green coriander leaf.

  14. 14

    Simple chapatis & rice will go this.
