Boil milk in utensil

Now put 2 tbsp ghee in utensil on high flame then put some garam masala (like 4pc green cardamom,2pc black cardamom,cinnamon and some cloves)

Now slow the flame and put sugar

Then add previous boiled milk

Now high the flame and bring it to boil and boil it for 10minutes then take out garam masala from milk

Now add sewai in milk and then add milkmaid and boil it nicely untill it gets thick and then put off the flame and cover the lid

Now take out sewai in a bowl and decorate it with dryfruits
