To a pan, add onion, oil and salt. Cook to golden brown. Add rice and mix well. Add water and let it cook. Then add minji and simmer for 5 minutes. Its ready.

To another pan, add oil, salt and onion. Cook to golden brown. Add ginger powder and garlic. Add boiled beef and cook until it becomes tender.

Add tomatoes and pepper and stir well to form thick soup.

Serve to two people.
