Soak sabudana approx 2-3hrs. Drain completly

Chop potato and tomato in small pieces.

Take 3 tspoon ghee in a pan and heat. Add moongfali and saute for 3-4min remove andAdd jeera and chilli in pan. When start cracle add potatoes and mix. Cover and cook till potatoes half cook.then add tomatos and moongfali, 3/4tspoon turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook till vegetables are 90%done.

Add sabudana and mix well.cover and cook on low flame approx 3-4min. Open and check. Add chopped Coriander leaves. Serve hot.
