First scoop the tomatoes from inside.Prepare the stuffing -Take a pan add little oil add potato and paneer mix all ingredients mentioned for stuffing.

Fill up the tomatoes with stuffing.Take a pan add little oil put the tomatoes and cover them and cook in medium flame till they are soft in middle flip them,when cooked take out them.

For gravy-Take a pan add jeera,now make puree of onion and mix it and let it cook.After that add gramflour add roast in it till you get the Aroma of it.Add all masala's in it and mix.Now add curd and mix nicely stiring it,add little water and cook for 5min when gravy is thick just place the stuffed tomatoes in the gravy (you can peel it outer layer and put in the gravy or as it is).

Off the flame and enjoy with roti.
