Cube paneer and keep aside.

Take a work and heat little oil.Also add half if the butter and heat.

Add bay leaves,jeera and then Ginger garlic paste.Saute a while.

Add onion paste and saute.Add turmeric powder,salt as needed.

Mix well.Add tomato puree and garam masala.Put sugar and stir fry all masala well for 5-7mins.

Now put cashew paste+cream.Add little water.Bring to a boil and add paneer cubes in it.

Turn off gas and put rest of the butter and cover the work with lid.

Serve hot with Naan or pullav.
