Scrambled eggs is the perfect breakfast dish - it's yummy, easy to make and it only takes a few minutes.

Break your eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, salt and pepper; beat till frothy.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add your beaten eggs and reduce the heat to low.

When the eggs begin to set, gently move a fork around the pan to break up the eggs and form curds.

Turn off the heat as soon as there are no traces of liquid egg left. You want the eggs cooked but not dry. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with toast, fried plantains, yam or anything else you fancy.
