  • 11/2 tspsalt
  • 1 kgall purpose flour
  • 2grated carrots
  • 1egg
  • Boiled water
  • Dhania

Steps

    Bring water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Stir in the sugar and salt.

  3. 3

    In a bowl put your flour, egg and add carrots.

  4. 4

    Add water and form a dough, then let it stay for 10mins before rolling out chapatis.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with favourite stew.
