For chole ; soak white peas over night pressure cook it for 8 to 9 whistles or it it becomes mushy then add salt and mix well keep aside. Now marinate onion tomatoes with salt,ginger and other masala and tamarind juice in a bowl for an hour at least. Just before serving add the mushed up chole and put the onion mixture and mix well garnish with coriander and serve with kulcha.

For kulcha ; Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough and rest it for 40 mins then roll out like rotis apply oil on one side the sprinkle onion seeds and Kasuri methi and rest for ten mins then heat a tawa and cook well on both sides and serve hot with chole.
